Midhurst Valley is one of Simcoe County's highest-profile master-planned communities, located in the village of Midhurst in Springwater Township — immediately north of the City of Barrie. It's roughly 45 minutes north of Toronto via Highway 400 and 5 minutes north of RVH hospital.
Four builders anchor the community: Brookfield Residential leads with 25' semi-detached and 36' + 44' detached collections, and Geranium Homes has launched the Evergreen Collection (a limited release from the high $600s with 2027 closings).
